How to add an action to Photoshop
1. Open Photoshop
2. Go to the window
3. Click Actions
4. Click on the three bars in the upper right corner
5. Select Open Load Actions
6. Click the download file and click open
7. Ok
To get started with Action, set the Brush tool to 100%. Place the broad brush at soft round pressure opacity and flow. Gently rub on the face. Carefully rub the edges. If you have any problems, feel free to ask in the comments.
